ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products, Sweet Grass Soirée does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. Please read product descriptions carefully and reach out to us with any questions before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no charge or issue a store credit at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once your order has been handed to the carrier and tracking has been updated, Sweet Grass Soirée is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office before reaching out to us. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom and personalized orders are final sale under all circumstances and are not eligible for replacement or store credit unless they arrive damaged or defective due to our error.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and payment has been processed. Please double-check your order details — including shipping address and product selection — before completing checkout.
