PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
During peak seasons, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping — estimated 5 to 7 business days after processing.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer and may not be eligible for free shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be notified of updates.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5-7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us through our contact page, and we will look into it right away.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Sweet Grass Soirée is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at [your email address]. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Sweet Grass Soirée is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Then reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and a photo of the damage. Please also keep all original packaging as the carrier may require it for a damage claim.
