If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available — please check our shipping page for current options and rates.

Shipping times are provided at checkout and are only estimates. Sweet Grass Soirée is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Custom or personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
